Spencer Anderson is an American football player who plays in the National Football League (NFL) for the Pittsburgh Steelers as a guard and offensive guard.

Early Life:

Spencer Anderson was in Bishop McNamara High School with a three-star recruit rank with the 73rd-best tackle and the 17th-best player in the state.

Career Highlights:

Spencer Anderson debuted his career from school but it skyrocketed in 2018 after he joined Maryland as a freshman during which he attended two games.

After his freshman the following season he played 12 games where he started in the 2020 season with five games which was shortened due to COVID-19. Then in 2021, he played 13 games where he was nine at right tackle and four at center with only one sack on the year.

During his final year in Maryland, he played 13 games 12 at right guard and one at right tackle, and allowed two sacks. Later he received an invitation to the East-West Shrine Bowl after the season.

In the 2023 draft for the NFL, he was projected to be a mid-round draft pick during which he was in round 7 with picked in the 251 position by the Pittsburgh Steelers through Big Ten for the guard and offensive guard position.

Spencer Anderson’s father is Robert Anderson and his mother is Anita Anderson.

He graduated from Bishop McNamara High School and the University of Maryland.
