Susan Karki

Susan Karki is a Nepali guitarist and currently, he plays for the “Purna Rai and Dajubhaiharu” band and has shared the stage with many other bands.

Early Life:

Susan Karki was born in Urlabari, Morang, Nepal and his full name is Susan Jung Karki.

Career Highlights:

Susan Karki joined the band “Purna Rai and Dajubhaiharu” in 2024 and recently he did a song with them titled “Paribhasa”. He has played in major events with the band like Dharan Expo 2024, Patan Music Fest 2024, and in Dubai.

In 2023 he also played in a charity concert for Kokaha Khanepanias a support for the Dharan Mayor Harka Raj Sampang. He has also shared the stage with artists and bands like Dilli Phombo and The Band, Trishna Gurung, and Rocking Filili.

From 2019 to 2024 he honed his skill as a music arranger and recording engineer. Also, in 2022 he was in Ankita Pun’s session as a guitarist for the “Maili” album.

His band members are himself as the guitarist, Purna Rai as the vocalist and acoustic guitar player, Degosh Kumar Rai as the bassist, Sumek Yonjan as the drummer, and Eyan Rai as percussion playing the flute.

Personal Life and Relationships:

Susan Karki attended high school at Morang Model College in 2018 and graduated his a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University in 2002.
