FaZe Apex

FaZe Apex is a Palestinian American YouTuber and co-leader of the gaming organization, FaZe Clan as he joined FaZe Clan on 6th March 2011.

Early Life:

FaZe Apex’s birth name is Yousef Abdelfattah and he was from a Palestinian family.

Career Highlights:

FaZe Apex began watching YouTube videos when he was in school. He loved gaming as well and decided to upload videos of gameplay during high school. Yousef made his YouTube channel “bananafone34” on 9th November 2008 but didn’t upload anything until mid-November 2010. He played Call of Duty daily and went by the username Atrocity HD. With his skills and mastery of the game, he used to create great videos.

Thomas Oliveira formed the FaZe Clan with Faze Resistance and Faze Housecat in 2010. They made trick-shot videos for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. Along the way, FaZe Apex got to know the Call of Duty sniping community and he always wanted to join a professional gaming clan.

When the founders of the FaZe Clan liked his content and asked him to join the FaZe Clan, he was more than happy to join the Clan and that was the turning point in his life. He joined Faze on 6th March 2011. He took the opportunity without any hesitation and became the co-owner of the Faze Clan. Along with his other team members he owns his clothing line, and is busy with tours. He moved in with the rest of the clan into the Faze house to make business collaborations easier in 2014. Apex is not just a league game player, but also a role model for many young aspiring gamers and YouTubers.

Yousef is not limited to the gaming industry as his clan has taken steps into films and Television. Teaming up with the founder of Sugar 23, a famous television and film producer, Michael Sugar, they launched Faze Studio. Faze Apex, along with Faze Clan, opened a food supplement company called CTRL in 2018.

Personal Life and Relationships:

FaZe Apex has two nephews who he refers to as FaZe Baby and FaZe Baby 2.0.
